1. Acceptance of Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

p799 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. p799 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, p799's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p799 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
